It's okay do it like XxstallionloverxX did it, just draw the unicorn on a piece of paper and scan it after you get done with it and use paint or photoshop to past it on there and type the info, and there you go
All you have to do, is make a picture of the unicorn of what he/she looks like on the left box, and on the right box, draw he weapon he/she has, if they don't have weapons, then just put 'none' then, fill out the rest below as described of what is needed for the information. Much like this [link] The theme song isn't needed, but it makes the character a little more interesting
